Porcelain tile installed by the customer. The tile was very slippery. We performed a non-slip, permanent acid etch. Visually this did not change the look, but resolved the slip issue.

This is a job we did recently for Michaels in Phoenix. This is a hot ticket item that we do in casinos, hospitals, office buildings, ect. It basically makes it look like you did a rip-out and replacement at a fraction of the costs. Plus, it seals the grout. You can also do a color change. This is a big bang for you buck facelift!

This is a pic of a terrazzo job we maintain in New York. We honed this terrazzo from 50 grit to 3000 grit. Applied liquid glass. Then burnished. Job is 12,000 sf of terrazzo. Using the same process as that of marble and other natural stone restoration, terrazzo can be honed and polished to achieve both glossy and matte finishes without the need for coatings. This same process masterfully restores scratched and worn terrazzo, as well, dramatically improving its appearance.

This is a job i2i did for a major casino in New Jersey. We were able to clean and colorized this swimming pool grout with a turnaround time of 24 hours before the pool needed to be refilled. Here is a recent job we did at a Hospital in Pottstown, PA. We put down a brand new VCT floor that, instead of going with the strip and wax method, we put down a urethane so that it will last for up to 5 years resulting in significant maintenance cost and time savings. Urethane floor coatings are superior to wax coatings in almost every way possible. In addition to the longer life of the coating, urethanes provide more chemical resistance, stain resistance, abrasion resistance, slip resistance, and are much easier to clean.
